I recently purchased nokia e63 phone. The flash light of camera does not switch off when i chose the option "turn flash light off"; It continues to light whenever i click the picture.

I also have a nokia e63 myself.. the flash of its camera CANNOT be turned off (when taking a picture/video). When you choose the option "turn flash off", it only lessens the flash, not totally turning it off... I hope this helped.
