I have a Nokia N73, it works good except for its cellphone , does not have antenna signal , the antenna module seems to be healthy , is there any software or manual (not the level 1 & 2 manual) to check or repair it ?

I suggest you have it checked by a licensed techie. You trying to repair or even open your phone would actually void its warranty and cause you more problems.
