there is an e sign on my nokia 5233 near the signal bar even when i am not using internet.....it is not disappearing even when i switch off my phone and then again switch it on.

There's nothing to worry this E sign just shows that you can connect to the internet anytime i.e. your phone has correct internet settings and you have blance in your phone
